When and where is HAProxyConf held?

The conference will take place from June 3-5, 2025 in San Francisco, California, USA. The main event will be held in the Mission Bay Conference Center. Pre-conference workshops will be held at the nearby Luma Hotel

What are the ticket prices for HAProxyConf 2025, and when can I buy them?

Ticket sales for HAProxyConf 2025 open in January. The pricing is as follows:

HAProxyConf 2025 will be an in-person-only event.

Will my tickets be sent to me?

In an effort to reduce waste, HAProxyConf 2025 will employ paperless registration. To receive your pass, simply arrive at the Mission Bay Conference Center with an ID document matching your registration.

Is there an official schedule or agenda for HAProxyConf?

We do not have an official schedule yet. Currently, we can share that the main event takes place from June 4-5 in the Mission Bay Conference Center, and the pre-conference workshops begin June 3 in the nearby Luma Hotel.

Multi-day events are currently allowed based on the latest CDC and CDPH protocols, proof of COVID vaccination status is not required

Will food and beverages be provided at HAProxyConf?

Yes, lunch will be provided on both days of the event, and there will be a social event on the evening of the first day with dinner and drinks served.
