HAProxy on AWS Wavelength: Performant Load Balancing at the Edge
In this session, learn how HAProxy was leveraged to solve two critical customer problems for telecommunication providers utilizing AWS Wavelength to reduce latency and increase performance for mobile and IoT workloads. First, we will introduce how HAProxy Enterprise can be used in multi-edge environments for Kubernetes deployments. Next, learn how dynamic edge discovery automation was developed, modeled from the tagging design of HAProxy’s Data Plane API. As an example, we will deploy HAProxy Enterprise to showcase dynamic edge discovery in a live AWS Wavelength environment.
